Our services may include, but are not limited to:
2. Service Area

We do not guarantee service availability for every lane, location, equipment type, commodity, or shipment request. Service availability may depend on carrier capacity, shipment details, regulatory requirements, safety requirements, equipment availability, pricing, and operational feasibility.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Any quote provided by FreightSector is based on the information available at the time of the quote.
Quotes may be subject to change due to factors including, but not limited to:
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to quote, schedule, and coordinate freight services.
You are responsible for providing accurate details including, but not limited to:

5. Carrier and Third-Party Services
FreightSector may coordinate with third-party motor carriers, drivers, dispatch partners, warehouses, logistics providers, compliance platforms, insurance providers, technology vendors, and other service providers to fulfill requested services.

You may not withhold payment because of a pending freight claim unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing by FreightSector.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the shipment, carrier assignment, equipment type, timing, and costs already incurred.
Additional charges may apply if a truck has been dispatched, a carrier has been assigned, equipment has been reserved, or the shipment cannot be completed due to customer-side issues.
FreightSector reserves the right to charge reasonable cancellation, truck ordered not used, detention, layover, or related fees where applicable.
